Please read through this page carefully to avoid having your appointment cancelled and losing the booking deposit.  

CANCELLATIONS

In consideration of our other clients and our team, we require 24 hours' notice of cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellation within 24 hours or No-shows will lose their booking deposit. Booked services cannot be cancelled on the arrival of the visit. Please be respectful of this policy.

LATE ARRIVALS

Considering our other clients and our team, we cannot provide full service to clients who are more than 15 minutes late to their appointments. Late arrival will result in loss of booking deposit. 

PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED

A Government-Issued Photo ID such as a Driver's License, Passport or Personal Information Card is required. Unfortunately, Student ID is not acceptable as it isn't legally recognised. 

ID is a requirement for all clients visiting the studio for a service.

Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with proof of ID and relationship (such as their own Drivers License/Passport and Medicare card or Birth Certificate). 

AGE LIMITS ON SERVICES 

You must be 16 years old or over with an appropriate ID to get a piercing without parental consent. 

You must be 18 years old or over to get an "intimate" piercing.

Children aged 13-15 years may get selected piercings. These include Earlobes , Helix , Nostil

Navel (belly) piercings are not offered to anyone under 16yrs of age. 

Only earlobe piercings are offered to those under 13yrs. 

Please get in touch and ask before booking if unsure - booking an appointment for a piercing I have stated I don't offer to a particular age group may lose your deposit.

Please DO NOT make a booking for the actual piercing until after we have had a consultation. You can book online to arrange a time for a chat with you and your little one 

JEWELLERY 

We cannot accept jewellery purchased from outside our studio due to quality control. We want to give you the best piercing possible. Part of that is using a brand new, high-quality piece of jewellery from our suppliers where we know the quality and standard of what we are using. It is also crucial that the jewellery used is suited to your anatomical requirements. 

Previously worn jewellery is unable to be used in a new piercing.

PRICING

Our pricing is broken down into two parts 

SERVICE FEE - This is the fee for the piercing procedure online. 

JEWELLERY - Our jewellery price is separate from our piercing fee and charged per piece.

Our implant-grade titanium pieces start at $65 / per piece

Solid gold pieces start at $150 / per piece 

Solid gold with genuine stones and diamonds can range from a few hundred to thousands depending on the piece. 

During your appointment consultation, we will discuss jewellery options with you. 

YOUR HEALTH DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT

Various medical conditions and medications can affect your piercing service. If you have any health concerns and want further information, don't hesitate to contact us directly. 

If you are taking medications that affect the skin (particularly Roaccutane or Isotretinoin) or stopped taking them in the last year, please get in touch before booking. 

We are unable to perform piercing services on Pregnant or Breastfeeding Mothers. 

We recommend having a snack a few hours before your appointment.
